Critical CALL OF DUTY-style footage captures the dramatic moment Ukrainian forces launch a tank attack on a Russian tank.
After a Russian tank with a distinctive Z marking gets shelled, Vladimir Putin’s forces can be seen rushing for safety.
The horrifying footage, which appears to be from Ukraine’s notorious far-right Azov Regiment, shows an amphibious BTR-4 firing on two Russian vehicles in Mariupol.
A BTR-4 is a Ukrainian amphibious armoured personnel carrier that first saw action in the 2014 Russia-Ukraine conflict.
It comes with a 30mm cannon out of the box.
A BTR-82A armoured personnel carrier and a T-72B3 tank are among the Russian vehicles seen in the latest footage.
The gunner in the film, which was shot from within the BTR-4, follows the Russian tank’s movements on camera, striking first the Russian armoured personnel carrier hidden behind a wall of tyres and boxes.
The tank is then repeatedly blasted while Russian soldiers search for the source of the attack.
The 30mm cannon on the BTR-4 is controlled remotely. The outside view is projected onto a screen inside the car via a photoelectric camera system.
The computer handles all of the additional targeting tasks, allowing for lightning-fast firing reaction times.
Touching the screen allows the gunner to zoom in on the target area.
Although the BTR-4 isn’t supposed to be able to breach a tank’s armour, the T-72B3’s tracks, wheels, or sights may have been destroyed, resulting in the explosion seen in the video.
Since the invasion began on February 24, Russia has suffered significant military losses.
The Russian military has also been chastised for supposedly waging war on civilians.
On Sunday, a horrifying photo surfaced of an unexploded Russian missile that had crashed through a kitchen ceiling in Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest city.
“Imagine, it was Sunday morning and you were sleeping with your kids,” Ukraine’s government tweeted, as it renewed its request for NATO to establish a no-fly zone over the country.
Russia maintains that it is not shelling non-military targets.
Putin’s forces are accused of opening fire on an elderly people’s home in eastern Ukraine, killing 56 people.
On March 11, a terrible incident allegedly occurred in the little town of Kreminna.
The video of a tank being attacked was released just days after another Russian tank was blown up in front of Ukrainian cameras.
The clip was captured by a Ukrainian armoured vehicle as it approached a Russian adversary in a village.
When Ukrainian forces see the Russian tank, they begin fire and proceed to the next block.
They then notice another Russian tank standing in front of them and begin fire, destroying the turret.
Other shots demolish the tank, which explodes in a storm of gunfire as Russian men hide behind it.
The film comes after a weekend ambush by daring Ukrainians who used devastating anti-tank missiles.
