Russian attack on Odesa from the sea is hampered by readiness of Ukraine’s army and a sea storm  

Enemy warships are not approaching the Odesa coast because they are aware of the Armed Forces’ coastal defence units’ readiness to repel attacks, as well as the bad weather in the Black Sea’s northern region.

however, according to the military officer, the possibility of missile assaults from the sea and the temporarily controlled Crimea remains in place.

Colonel Nazarov stated that the Russians continue to utilize residents in southern Ukraine as human shields, as well as installing equipment in backyards and shamelessly occupying homes, in violation of International Humanitarian Law. Furthermore, they engage in the habit of disguising themselves as civilians in order to conceal their ties to the discredited army.

Russia initiated a new phase of its war against Ukraine on February 24, firing and attacking peaceful Ukrainian cities and villages in large numbers. The entire country has mobilised to repel the invaders.
