According to US media reports, flight data indicates that a China Eastern Airlines plane that crashed in March was deliberately thrown into a nosedive.

According to the sources, investigators have not discovered any mechanical or technical flaws with the plane.

The Boeing 737-800 was travelling between Kunming and Guangzhou in southern China when it crashed.

The plane crashed, killing all 132 passengers and crew members on board.

According to the report, data from one of the jet’s “black box” flight recorders retrieved from the accident site indicated that inputs to the controls sent the plane into a near-vertical dive.

“The plane did what it was told to do by someone in the cockpit,” according to the Wall Street Journal.

Investigators are investigating into whether the crash was caused by deliberate action on the flight deck, with no evidence of a mechanical problem detected.

The three pilots on board, were qualified and in good health, according to the airlines.

None of the pilots appeared to be in financial jeopardy.

The CAAC claimed last month that reports that the plane was deliberately crashed had “gravely misled the public” and “interfered with accident investigation efforts.”

The last significant disaster occurred 12 years ago, and Chinese airlines have a good safety record.
