Finland’s President, Sauli Niinisto, says his country is willing to discuss any reservations Turkey may have about its NATO membership application in an “open and constructive manner.”
Niinisto made the statements at the White House during a joint press conference with US Vice President Joe Biden and Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson.
