According to the Ukrainian defense ministry’s intelligence service, grain taken by Russian troops in occupied areas is already being shipped outside.

A “substantial portion of the grain stolen from Ukraine is on dry cargo ships under the Russian flag in the Mediterranean.”

Grain and sunflower seeds in storage are being prepared for shipping to Russia in one of the largest grain-producing locations, surrounding Polohy in the Zaporizhzhia region.

A column of Russian vehicles has left the town of Enerhodar, which is also in the Zaporizhzhia region.

It stated that the column’s final destination was Crimea.

Grain was also stolen in the Kharkiv region.

There were 1,500 tons of grain being transported to Crimea from the Kherson region’s Mala Lepetykha village.

The defense ministry announced that over half a million metric tons of Ukrainian grain had been stolen.

The intelligence directorate claimed that “The most likely destination is Syria. Grain may be smuggled from there to other countries in the Middle East.”
