Robb Elementary School massacre: More than $28,000 raised to help pay for teacher’s funeral

The burial costs of a “kind and caring” teacher slain in the Robb Elementary School massacre have raised more than $28,000.

Irma Garcia was one of two instructors killed in the attack, which was carried out by Salvador Ramos, who was 18 at the time.
