According to state news agency TASS, Russian Transportation Minister Vitaly Savelyev said on Saturday that Western sanctions against Russia have “practically shattered all” logistics channels utilized by the country for commerce.

“The sanctions that have been imposed on the Russian Federation today have practically shattered all logistics [corridors] in our country,” Savelyev said.

According to TASS, he stated that Moscow is considering utilizing other trade routes such as the International North–South Transport (INSTC) corridor, which connects India with Central Asian countries, Russia, and Europe via Iran.
