Eamon Gilmore, the special envoy for human rights for the EU, and Andriy Niebytov, the chief of police in Kiev, have travelled to the Kiev suburbs of Irpin and Bucha.

According to a s0urce, that is what the Ukrainian National Police claims.

Gilmore and Niebytov also saw a mass grave in Bucha in addition to the demolished Irpin police station, the Romaniv bridge, and other civilian infrastructure damaged by the aggressors’ shelling.

The parties engaged in conversation about the investigation into possible war crimes committed by Russia in the Kyiv area, transgressions of international humanitarian law, and support for those harmed by Russian aggression.

“It is extremely important for us that the leadership of the European Union and other civilized countries sees with their own eyes what this ‘Russian world’ is like. We strive to bring the scale of the Russian Federation’s war crimes in the Kyiv region to the European community as widely as possible, so that the brutal aggression of the Russian Federation’s army in our country can be punished,” Niebytov said.
