President Zelensky: Inform the occupied territories that the Ukrainian army is on its way

President  Zelensky of Ukraine has asked everyone who has the opportunity to speak with people in the occupied territories – southern Ukraine, Donbas, and Kharkiv Region – to remind them about Ukraine and that the Ukrainian army will undoubtedly arrive.

According to a Ukrinform correspondent, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made the relevant declaration in his video speech.

The 110th day of our defence has arrived. And when you put it like that – the 110th day – you realise how far we’ve come. Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Sumy were all liberated from the enemy. The liberation of a huge portion of the Kharkiv region. Over a thousand towns have been liberated in total.

The occupiers’ invasion of Ukraine’s south has been halted. Yes, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, and the cities of the Dnipropetrovsk region are still targets. They are still strong enough to fire artillery from Zelenodolsk and Hulyaipole. The Russian fleet continues to be on the lookout for Odesa…

However, scores of Russian army offensive attempts have previously been repelled right there in the south. Some communities in the Kherson region have already been liberated as a result of the counteroffensive.

The Ukrainian army and our intelligence skillfully defeated the Russian military in the Donbas fights, which will undoubtedly go down in military history as one of the most horrific battles in Europe and for Europe. For us, the cost of this war is really great. It’s absolutely terrifying. And we constantly remind our partners that only a sufficient amount of modern artillery for Ukraine will assure our advantage and, eventually, the end of Russian torment in the Ukrainian Donbas.

Another youngster has died as a result of Russian bombardment, this time in Donbas, in the Luhansk region. The child was born in the year 2016. He lived in a modest house on Moskovska Street in Lysychansk. This is it: a six-year-old youngster on Moskovska Street has turned out to be a serious adversary for Russia…

We’re dealing with the most heinous of criminals. We don’t have a choice except to move forward. Our entire territory must be set free. Remove the occupiers from all of our areas. And, despite the fact that our front has grown to almost 2.5 thousand kilometres in length, it is still felt that the strategic initiative is ours.

We will travel to all of our cities and villages where our flag is not yet displayed on official buildings. I’m sure there are a lot of Ukrainian flags in people’s homes, despite the fact that I’m sure there are a lot of them. And we’ve seen them before, when people demonstrated against the occupiers. And when we return, we’ll see them all over again.

We’ll travel to Kherson. And ordinary Kherson inhabitants will come face to face with our army on the city’s streets. The occupiers’ unwillingness to celebrate so-called Russia Day simply confirms Kherson’s status as a Ukrainian city. Residents of Kherson will solely observe Ukrainian holidays.

Our last destination will be Melitopol. And we’ll provide everyone in Melitopol the opportunity to live without fear once more. By the way, all of the collaborators who are threatening to steal land from farmers in Melitopol and other parts of Zaporizhzhia will probably certainly end up on this land.
