After launching a campaign of misery on the town’s people, a troubled kid has been banished from the entire village.

In the Worcestershire town of Kidderminster, Keylan Evans, 14, was the target of anti-social and threatening behavior, as well as online abuse.

Following a slew of complaints from local companies and members of the public who had been victimized by the teen, West Mercia Police were forced to intervene.

For ‘creating a large amount of discomfort and annoyance to nearby businesses, members of the public, and the wider community,’ he received a Criminal Behavior Order (CBO).

Evans, a resident of Stourport-on-Severn, will be unable to access the town until May 2025.

Outside of his immediate family, he was also prohibited from being in a group of more than three individuals in public by Worcester Magistrates’ Court.

He was also subjected to behavioral and communication restrictions.

Evans could face a heavy fine or even prison time if he violates the court’s prohibition.

Injunctions of this nature are relatively uncommon, however they are rarely used.

‘Hopefully, this order will deter him from acting in this manner in the future,’ said Sergeant Daniel Townsend.

‘I hope the CBO provides reassurance to the local community that the police will take positive action in these situations.’
