Ukraine’s military intelligence head paid a visit to the besieged city of Severodonetsk, amid claims that the country’s posture there has deteriorated.
Maj. Gen. Kyrylo Budanov visited the eastern city, according to the country’s defense ministry, however it is unclear when the visit took place.

The Ukrainian position in Severodonetsk has deteriorated on Monday, the region’s top official said on Ukrainian television, after regaining land from Russia over the weekend.
