Yemen’s government asked European countries not to let Yemeni artefacts be sold at auction in many European places.

In a statement released Thursday by the Yemeni News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that commercial agencies in Europe have been selling Yemeni artefacts in different ways.

The ministry urged European nations to prevent such actions and return the artefacts to the Yemeni government.
