The authority stated that tariffs will resume on Shawwal 4. If the crescent moon is spotted on Monday, it would mark the last day of Ramadan, and Eid Al Fitr will commence on Tuesday, April 9. Parking will be free for five days until Shawwal 3, April 11, Thursday, with tariffs resuming on Friday, April 12.

If the moon is not sighted, the holy month will extend to 30 days, and the Islamic festival will be on April 10, with Shawwal 3 falling on April 12. This results in public parking being free for six days, as tariffs resume on Saturday, April 13.
