Dubai 30-day visit visa latest fee – October 2024
Every year, hundreds of thousands of tourists flock to Dubai, the cultural and economic hub of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), drawn by its modern infrastructure and exciting entertainment options.
The UAE offers various visit visas with different stay durations for foreign nationals, including Pakistanis, allowing them to explore this vibrant Gulf country.
Tourists can obtain a single-entry visa for tourism lasting either 30 or 60 days. A sponsor in the UAE, such as a tourism establishment, must facilitate this process by paying the prescribed fee and providing a financial security deposit. This sponsor can be an individual, a hotel, or a company.
To apply for a visit visa, the following documents are generally required:
Applications can be submitted through digital channels such as the GDRFA website or smart application. The sponsor must log in to the smart services system using a UAE pass or username, search for the required service, and fill out the application form. Alternatively, the sponsor can visit the relevant department to apply in person.
As of October 2024, the fee for a 30-day tourist visa is AED 200, plus a 5% value-added tax. If the sponsored person is already in the UAE, additional fees apply, including Knowledge Dirham (AED 10) and Innovation Dirham (AED 10), along with a fee of AED 500 for those inside the UAE.
Note that the total amount may vary depending on individual circumstances or additional requirements.
