Three more Israeli hostages were released by Hamas militants in a ceremony in central Gaza on Saturday and are now in Israeli military custody.

Eliya Cohen, Omer Shem Tov, and Omer Wenkert, all in their 20s, were presented on stage by masked militants, where they waved and received release certificates before being handed over to Red Cross officials.

A Red Cross convoy transported the freed hostages from Gaza’s Nuseirat area to Israel, and the Israeli military later confirmed their custody.

Earlier, two other hostages were released in Rafah, while a sixth, 36-year-old Hisham Al-Sayed, was expected to be freed in Gaza City.

These six are the last surviving hostages among the 33 scheduled for release in the initial phase of the ceasefire deal that began on January 19. Approximately 60 more captives remain in Gaza, though fewer than half are believed to be alive.
