Iran has launched a barrage of ballistic missiles at Haifa, Jerusalem, and Tel Aviv—responding to earlier Israeli strikes on Tehran’s naval headquarters, government buildings, and water installations. Sirens blared, and thick clouds of smoke enveloped the targeted cities while residents rushed for shelters amid widespread panic.

Iranian state media announced the action as “Waada-e-Sadiq III”, the fourth phase of its retaliatory operation, involving dozens of drones and missiles. Hundreds of missiles reportedly rained down on key Israeli urban centers, forcing emergency measures nationwide. In Haifa, two buildings were hit and four people were injured. Thousands have taken refuge in shelters, and Israel has closed all airports and airspace.

In turn, Israel declared a state of emergency through June 30. The Israeli military claimed strikes using 50 aircraft hit 170 Iranian military targets, including Revolutionary Guard and defense infrastructure near Tehran. Video footage shows intense explosions across the capital, targeting locations such as Talaghani Highway, Imam Hussein military base, and Iran’s Parliament building.

Over the weekend, Iran reportedly launched hypersonic ballistic missiles into Haifa and other cities, claiming it inflicted significant damage: 14 killed and over 150 wounded. Tehran also stated it destroyed 10 Israeli jets with its air-defense systems, which reportedly thwarted many inbound strikes. Israeli attacks reportedly damaged refinery facilities and missile-defense sites across Iranian cities, including Isfahan, Tabariz, Bandar Abbas, Kermanshah, and Tehran’s police HQ.

Despite claims of degraded performance from Israel’s Iron Dome, Iran continues its intense campaign against Israeli infrastructure, including ports and refineries, unleashing explosions and widespread fire across northern Israel. Videos circulating online show hailstorms of missiles and raging fires that have shocked civilians.

Meanwhile, the U.S. President renewed a call for peace talks, tweeting that war solves nothing and urging Iran to return to diplomatic negotiations.
