Full Time Salary: AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Job description / Role

The role of the Procurement Manager entails supervising the procurement of products and services for a hotel. Their responsibilities include securing the best pricing and quality for these goods and services while ensuring timely delivery to fulfill the hotel’s requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts and prices.
• Monitor and manage the hotel’s inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and prevent stock shortages.
• Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring that they comply with the hotel’s policies and procedures.
