Job Decription: Business Analyst

Full Time Salary: Up to 28,000 AED (depending on experience)

Job description / Role

We have formed a partnership with a German company that is seeking to expand its successful Middle East operations by adding a Business Analyst. This role will be situated in their Regional HQ in Dubai and will report directly to the Executive Management team.

The Business Analyst’s role involves using data to identify ways to improve the company’s operational efficiency. This includes collecting and analyzing data to explore potential solutions to organizational challenges, such as system and process enhancements. The company already has a Global Efficiency Program in place, developed in partnership with McKinsey, which is continually evolving. The hired candidate will be responsible for improving and advancing this program. The ideal candidate should also possess a deep understanding of market trends, be proficient in ESG and CRM reporting, and have a focus on optimizing resource and utility utilization.

– Using data modelling techniques to identify ways in which an organisation can operate more effectively.
– Communicate with senior people in organisations to find out what they hope to achieve.
– Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
– Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies.
– Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.

Requirements
