Job Description: Document Controller
Full Time Salary: AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
A document controller oversees the management and organization of all project-related documents for a prominent construction consultancy. This entails maintaining precise records, ensuring timely document distribution, and implementing control procedures to enhance efficiency and uphold compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain all project documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
2. Create and maintain a document control system to ensure that all project documents are accurately recorded, distributed, and archived.
3. Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all project documents before distribution.
4. Coordinate with project teams to ensure that all documents are submitted on time and in the correct format.
5. Ensure that all project documents are properly labeled, filed, and stored in accordance with company standards.
