Supernet technologies awarded PKR 1billion contract for modernization of essential communication networks

KARACHI: Super-net Technologies Limited has secured a contract worth approximately PKR 1 billion to supply hardware and provide services to a major organization in Pakistan, the company said in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The project will focus on upgrading and modernizing critical communications infrastructure across the organization. It is planned to be executed during the 2026–27 fiscal year and will be completed in phases over that period.

The company said the contract is expected to support its revenue growth and improve profitability during the execution cycle. It added that the project strengthens its position in Pakistan growing technology and communications market.

Super net said demand for secure, reliable and modern digital systems is rising across both public and private sectors in Pakistan, creating new opportunities for technology providers.

The company has been expanding its operations in areas including connectivity, cyber security, enterprise communication systems, managed services and digital infrastructure solutions. It said this latest agreement further enhances its project portfolio and business outlook.

Officials noted that local technology firms are playing an increasing role in modernizing Pakistan’s critical communication networks as digital transformation continues across key sectors.

Super net informed the stock exchange that the project will be carried out over FY 2026–27 and is expected to contribute positively to the company’s financial performance during that period.
