Wasim Akram reacted to Nasir Hussain Shah’s statement.

According to details, Wasim Akram, while reacting to Nasir Hussain Shah’s statement, said that he did it because he was watching videos of defense-filled gutters.

Wasim Akram said that the roads of Gulistan-e-Jauhar, PECHS and Baldia were flooded and the city was once again devastated by the rains.

I tweeted because I am seeing videos of full gutters in Defence, flooded roads of Gulistan-e-jauhar, PECHS & Baldia & a city being destroyed by rain yet again. I have no political agenda whatsoever. I am just a citizen of Pakistan & care for the welfare of people in my hometown.

Wasim Akram tweeted that he has no political agenda, I am only a citizen of Pakistan, I care about the welfare of the people in my hometown.

The people of Pakistan should be able to celebrate the rain, not mourn over it! Mix my words however you like but too many people suffer every year because of this problem, and that is what kills me.

Earlier, provincial minister Nasir Shah had said that Wasim Akram’s irresponsible statement had disappointed the people.

Reacting to Wasim Akram’s statement on social media, Provincial Minister Nasir Shah said, “I invite my neighbor Wasim Akram to visit the city with me, inspect the city’s roads and see how the water is drained.”

Nasir Shah said that Wasim Akram, if you are sincere, you will definitely visit the city. If you have made a statement on what you have heard, then there is no one more irresponsible than you.
