The Pakistan Army won an international military drill competition known as Pace Sticking Competition held at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, UK.
According to ISPR, this is 3rd consecutive year that Pakistan won this competition. PMA represented the Pakistan Army in the event.

In June 2019, Pakistan Army won the same competition held at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, UK.
In October 2018, an 11-member Pakistan Army team won gold medal in Cambrian Patrol competition held in Wales.
Members of the team were all brave soldiers of a battalion of Northern Light Infantry and hailed from Gilgit-Baltistan.
