During ten days, 15 vehicles and motorcycles were stolen from different areas while the locks of six houses were broken and citizens were deprived of valuables worth lakhs of rupees.
According to police sources, there have been several incidents of street crime in which people have not suffered much financial loss and they have not registered a case as they are fed up with the traditional delay in filing a case by the police.
