The Pakistan Medical Commission has announced the result of the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2020.

The candidates can view the result of the MDCAT 2020 on the PMC’s website.

Check MDCAT 2020 result:

PMC in its official announcement said that a total of 121,181 students attempted the exam. Among these, 67,611 students passed, meaning they obtained more than 60% marks.

Meanwhile, various students of medicine have banded together to run a protest campaign on Twitter against the PMC over what they claim was an unfair MDCAT 2020 exam.

The MDCAT 2020 was conducted on November 29th across Pakistan in which approximately 125,000 candidates had registered to appear in the test. Also, PMC had conducted the special MDCAT test for the coronavirus positive candidates.

It may be recalled that a petition over the legality of MDCAT 2020 was also filed in the SHC that stated that some of the questions in the MDCAT exam held on 29th November were out of the syllabus.

Before the commencement of the test PMC had provided the syllabus to the candidates and announced that no question would be asked out of the syllabus and in the case of any confusion, the students can submit their complaints to the concerned authorities.

It is also notified that if the merit list for the medical entry test will be issued before the final decision of the Sindh high court it will not be considered valid. Best wishes to all the result awaiting candidates of MDCAT.
