Saudi Arabia To Hold Most Expensive Horse Race In The World

The second international equestrian competition ‘Saudi Cup 2021’ is being held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, on Saturday.

The highlight of the competition is that Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz will patronize the event.

The match at the King Abdulaziz Stadium in Al-Janadriyah is considered to be the most expensive match in history.

There are 5 prizes in the most expensive horse competition in the world. The total value of which is 30 million. These prizes will be awarded to the best breeders of horses.

A total of 77 horses from 13 countries will compete. The owner of the first-place horse will receive 30 million.

Leading the competition are Maximum Security, “Bin Batal”, “Midnight Peso”, and ” Mucho Gusto “, under the supervision of the best trainers in the world

Prince Bandar bin Khalid Al-Faisal, Chairman of the Horse Affairs Authority in Saudi Arabia and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Horse Racing Club, thanked the Crown Prince for accepting the presidency of the World Horse Competition.

Prince Bandar said that the Saudi Cup had the attention of equestrian fans from all over the world, pointing out the volume of participation in the second edition, which witnesses the presence of the most prominent horses, trainers, and horse riders in the world.

Prince Bandar said that the support, received by the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia, from the wise leadership to promote this sport in all fields.
