CJ of Pakistan Gulzar Ahmed nominated Justice Aysha Malik for the elevation to the SC

Chief Justice of Pakistan Gulzar Ahmed has nominated Justice Aysha Malik for the elevation to the Supreme Court.

CJ Pakistan Gulzar has summoned JCP meeting on September 9 to consider her elevation to SC.

Justice Aysha will be the first female judge to elevate to the respectable Supreme Court of Pakistan in the history of the country.

She is number 4 on LHC judges’ in the seniority level.

Justice Aysha will work for 10 years as an SC judge.

After the selection, Justice Ayesha will be the first female CJP after Justice Yahya’s retirement in January 2030.

Whereas, the Chief Justice of Pakistan Gulzar Ahmed believes that the Supreme Court of Pakistan equally treats all citizens, as the Constitution envisions that everyone is equal in the eyes of law.
