Women loses unborn baby after domestic abuse: Police

Domestic abuse against women continue persistent as a seven months pregnant woman lost her unborn baby after her husband perpetrated torture on her over an unimportant issue in Punjab’s Mohsinawala on Friday.

Babar along with his family members brutally tortured his pregnant wife Shabana over mobile phone use.

Whereas, the woman lost her unborn baby as the result of extreme torture.

The victim was shifted to a nearby hospital where doctors professed her condition to be dangerous.

On the contrary, the district police officer (DPO) has taken notice of the occurrence and ordered the instant arrest of the apparent pesterer.

Furthermore, an inquiry has been launched by the police after the registration of an FIR.
