Toddler’s polite gesture while saying goodbye has made netizens go ‘aww’

People typically cry while watching farewell videos at airports, and now one toddler’s nice gesture while saying goodbye to a family member has made netizens go ‘aww.’

A little girl is shown nicely asking permission to enter an area off-limits to non-passengers at an airport’s departure section in a viral video. Because of the child’s nice demeanor, the security officer at the door relents and allows her to walk through.

The undated video, which has gone viral on social media, shows the girl sprinting to embrace a woman, who also sprints to hug her. As the officers observe from a distance, the woman lifts the infant in her arms.

According to the Twitter user Kaptan Hindustan, “She asked the officer permission to say goodbye to her aunt at the airport.”

He also mentioned that the adorable clip was taken at Qatar’s Hamad International Airport.

As the 17-second video went viral on social media platforms, it sparked an online debate. Some said that in a world when even adults forget to follow the rules, the toddler’s sense of decorum was refreshing, while others applauded the girl’s parents for “raising her well.”

Several parents also commented, saying that while films of kids having tantrums normally go popular, this video provides a different viewpoint on children’s behavior in public places. Many others also commented that the child was too adorable for the officer to refuse.
