As Gujarati folk singer Urvashi Radadiya sang on stage, adoring audience threw a bucketful of cash notes over her.

Urvashi Radadiya, a Gujarati folk singer, has released a video of herself getting showered with cash during a concert.

Radadiya is seen playing on stage with other artists when a guy approaches her from behind and showers her with cash. The place where she is performing has already been carpeted in cash.

The vocalist grinned and continued her performance after brushing the money notes off the harmonium. Her song impacted them so much that they continued to throw money at her.

In an Instagram post, Radadiya conveyed her appreciation to everyone. She further claimed that the performance took place during the Shri Samast Hirawadi Group’s Tulsi vivah ritual in Gujarat.

The video of the cash shower has gone viral, with Radadiya’s Instagram post receiving over 13,000 likes. “Keep growing, keep shining,” said Instagram user ‘happpiee soul.’ “Very nice didi, lots of love.”

Remarked another user, Deepikapatel4540. Many people, on the other hand, were offended by the cash shower, considering it insulting, “This is very disrespectful. Also why to shower notes like this?”

Radadiya is referred to as the “Queen of Gujarati Folk” on her Instagram page. Short snippets of her singing calming Gujarati melodies may be seen on her Instagram account. With over 21,000 fans on social media, the folk singer is highly active.
