The cinema halls screening controversial film in India have become hubs of jingoism where Hindutva activists are calling for genocide of Muslims with impunity, the Kashmir Media Service reported.

The movie is fanning communal hatred by exaggerating claims on the violence against the Kashmiri Pandits who fled their homes when the Kashmiris intensified their indigenous freedom struggle against India’s illegal occupation in Jammu and Kashmir in 1989.

Jagmohan Malhotra, who was appointed the Governor of IIOJK, had persuaded the Kashmiri Pandits to leave the Kashmir Valley so that he could punish the Muslims for demanding freedom from India.

Meanwhile, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer in Madhya Pradesh, Niyaz Khan has said that films on killing of Muslims in India should also be made.

In a series of tweets, he said, “The Kashmir Files shows the pain of Brahmins but the producer must also make a movie to show the killings of a large number of Muslims across several states of India.”

Niyaz Khan, who is author of seven books, said Indian Muslims were not insects, but human beings and citizens of the country.

The officer said he was thinking to write a book to show the massacre of Muslims on different occasions so that a movie like The Kashmir Files could be produced by some producer, to bring the pain and suffering of minorities before Indians.
