What did Katie Maloney reveal about Tom Schwartz?

Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz have finalised their divorce.

The Vanderpump Rules star, 35, claimed “irreconcilable disagreements” as the reason for the couple’s breakup, according to the divorce petition obtained by a weekly magazine.

Maloney’s application, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, also put their separation date as Feb. 12, roughly a month before the former couple announced their divorce on Instagram.

According to the paperwork, Maloney also asked no spousal assistance for either side and stated that they must yet decide how to divide their property and assets.

On March 15, the Vanderpump Rules co-stars revealed their breakup on their individual Instagram profiles.

“I never thought I would have to make an announcement like this. But I feel it’s important that I’m open about my life with you,” Maloney wrote.

“After 12 years on an adventure through life together Tom and I are ending our marriage. This ending is not met with resentment or animosity, no sides to choose. We have deep admiration for one another that will always remain and we cherish our friendship.”

“Although we may be on different paths we will continue to love and support one another’s happiness. Thank you for all the kind words and support,” Maloney wrapped up her announcement, which was followed by some of the couple’s pictures.
