In a heartwarming throwback photo, Bruce Willis adorably kisses his daughter Rumer

Rumer Willis, the daughter of Bruce Willis, has caused an emotional outpouring on the internet after sharing a heartwarming throwback photo with her father.

On Thursday, the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actress, 33, took to Instagram to share a throwback photo of Bruce, 67, kissing her on the forehead.

Captioning the special moment, Rumer simply wrote, “P A P A.”

Rumer previously shared an old photo of herself and her father, as well as sisters Scout and Tallulah, with the sweet caption “Girl Dad.”

Rumer shared the childhood photo with her father nearly a month after it was announced that he is retiring from acting due to aphasia.

“To Bruce’s amazing supporters, as a family we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce has been experiencing some health issues and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is impacting his cognitive abilities,” reads the original message.

“As a result of this and with much consideration Bruce is stepping away from the career that has meant so much to him.”
