Kate Middleton defied advice to have a third child before Prince Louis was born

Prince William and Kate Middleton, Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, ignored advice to have fewer children right before the royal couple revealed they were expecting their third child, Prince Louis.

According to MyLondon, Kate Middleton was given a baby toy during their trip to Poland and Germany in 2017, when Prince George was four and Princess Charlotte was two years old.

“We’ll just have to have more babies,” the Duchess replied to Prince William.

Shortly after Kate’s statements, a charity called Having Kids issued a warning to the royal couple, encouraging them to “respectfully” consider not having a third child.

The royal couple, however, announced they were expecting their third child just two months later.

Prince Louis was born on April 23, 2018, nearly a year after they were warned.
