A Milwaukee grandpa has been found guilty of the murder of a 12-year-old child

After accusing his 12-year-old grandson of stealing money, a Milwaukee father was found guilty of murdering him with a sledgehammer and numerous other weapons. A Milwaukee County Circuit Court judge also convicted Andrez Martina guilty Thursday of harming his 8-year-old grandson.

Martina, 53, took the stand as a witness and showed no remorse for the hour-long attack last August, which he said was in self-defense when the youngster brandished a pistol at him.
