Charged Sarita Kaushal has been running an NGO and one center in Sector 17 Rajiv Colony in Panchkula throughout the previous five years. She was captured by a group of Sector 16 police post-in-charge S-I Sushil Kumar. The lady, Sarita Kaushal, was remanded in legal guardianship.
