Former Federal Interior Minister and Awami Muslim League (AML) Chief Sheikh Rashid claimed that discussions have been underway to hold the next general election in Pakistan.
In his tweet, Sheikh Rashid while extending a choice said that the incumbent governments wanted to resolve the issue with mutual understanding or by Judo Karrate.
He said that the issue of elections should be finalised as soon as possible.

Sheikh Rashid wrote that just as the incompetent policy of no-confidence motion destroyed the economy, the delay in decisions will bring further ravage.
He further said that decisions should be taken before May 31 or else it would be a big loss.
Previously he said Supreme Court’s Suo moto decision barred way from ending cases of notorious politicians.
He said that the government’s conspiracy to make economic decisions in the National Security Council (NSC) could put the forces in new trouble, adding that silence on the terrible devastation of the economy was a national sin.
Sheikh Rashid added that this is not just a matter of inflation and the dollar being 204 rupees but also a matter of political life and death of the country.
