
Police chased Florida suspects who then crash stolen cars

In a stolen Maserati and Subaru, three Florida suspects in the Tampa Bay area gave police a high-speed chase before they, however, apprehended Tuesday morning.
Around 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Hernando County sheriff’s deputies received a call reporting a stolen Subaru.
Police from Palmetto responded to a Walmart at South Tamiami Trail and 10th Street E.
Along with a stolen Maserati, the officers discovered a stolen Subaru in the Walmart parking lot, according the police.
Both vehicles sped off on U.S. 301 as police officers drew near to Florida suspects.
The driver of the Subaru got into the Maserati after it crashed close to Ellenton-Gillette Road and rode it east to Interstate 75.
The Subaru attempted to leave State Road 70, according to Palmetto Police Chief Scott Tyler, but instead veered off the road and crashed adjacent to a water retention area.

The Subaru’s three occupants, two young adults and a child, got out and attempted to run away from the scene on foot.
Two of the suspects however detained by police in a neighboring Lowe’s.
In a neighboring wooded area, Manatee County sheriff’s deputies captured the third suspect.
