Feroze Khan files custody of son

Feroze Khan and his wife Syeda Aliza Sultan are no longer together. Feroze Khan said that he divorced his ex-wife Syeda Aliza Sultan because they didn’t understand each other and it was clear that they couldn’t stay together.

Feroze Khan, who was in the TV show Ishqiya, went to the family court in Karachi to get visitation and custody rights for his two kids, Fatima and Sultan, after he and his ex-wife Syeda Aliza Sultan split up.

Feroze Khan took his case to the Family Judge-VIII court (East). He has asked the court to let him keep his children, Sultan Khan and Fatima Khan, for good. He asked to see his kids once a week until the custody case was decided, which is what Section 12 of the Act says he can do. Feroze also met his children at the hearing on Wednesday.

Feroze Khan’s lawyer, Faique Ali Jagirani, said on his client’s behalf, “Feroze divorced Syeda Aliza Sultan on September 3, 2022, “due to unavoidable circumstances and lack of understanding” between them because of her “disobedience.”

The lawyer also said on behalf of his client, “As the natural guardian of the minors, he could not leave them in the hands of his ex-wife because he was very worried about his children’s future and “Syeda Aliza Sultan is a careless woman.” Feroze Khan’s lawyer said that he has the right to see, meet, and visit his children and is allowed to have permanent custody of them.

His lawyer also said that Syeda Aliza Sultan doesn’t let Feroze see his kids. The lawyer also asked that Feroze be allowed to see his kids once a week until the court decides who gets custody of the kids. After the hearing, the court told Syeda Aliza Sultan that she had until October 1 to file a written statement about the application.
