Fans were astonished to see the 26-year-old athlete with straight blonde hair and minimum makeup. She usually has short black hair, shaved sides, extended earlobes, and tattoos.

Rhea said she was glad she had influenced others to reject the assumption that women should look a certain way.

She told Fox Sports: “The whole issue is women should have long hair. Hate that stereotype…

“My body, my choice. I do anything I want with my body because I love myself and don’t care if you don’t.”

Rhea, who has over a million Instagram followers with her iconic new appearance, said she admired former WWE Divas Champion and three-time WWE Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix as a child.

“She was different, she was built different, huge, meaty and she had muscles and she was going out there and obliterating anyone in her path,” she said.
