Project Manager for GenAI
As the Project Manager in Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) AI Professional Services team, focusing on GenAI Solutions, you’ll collaborate with a global team to advance technology for GenAI. The ideal candidate will showcase skills to drive results within an international team.
This role demands technical expertise and creativity, requiring the candidate to contribute to and lead innovation in Lenovo’s technology as we push the industry forward.
In this role, you will:
-Managing Solution/Appliance releases through all phases of Development.
-Leading Stakeholders on interlocking content and schedules.
-Interfacing daily with the Development engineers to understand issues & progress
-Reporting weekly status to senior leaders
-Releasing Program Change Requests (PCRs) as needed
-Capital and expense planning
Understanding complex technical issues and devising plans to resolve and track them to closure.
-The Project Manager is the Development representative to the Offering Development Team (ODT) and actively leads cross-functional groups to solve problems across projects.
Senior BMC Engineer
The role will be responsible for the Server BMC firmware development and maintenance of the new for ThinkSystem products, together with providing the WW customer in General Purpose Team. BMC platform development responsible for requirements definition, design, implementation, and documentation of the platform.
Required Qualifications:
-BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar degree or related software equivalent experience.
-Hands-on development experience with BMC stack
-AMD and Intel server architecture experience
-Hands-on software development in C and C++
-Ability to read schematics
-Intimate knowledge of Software development processes, working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills with multi-functional teams.
Enterprise Architect For AI
As an Enterprise Architect within Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) AI Professional Services team, focusing on GenAI Solutions, you’ll spearhead the creation, design, and deployment of innovative generative AI products, solutions, and AI services.
Your role will be crucial in transforming business requirements from customers into cutting-edge solution designs, enhancing Lenovo’s AI portfolio.
From the initial concept to product launch, your design skills will integrate industry best practices and top-notch tools to precisely meet customer needs.
-Lead the design and development of AI and machine learning solutions to address business challenges. This includes selecting appropriate technologies, designing system architectures, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of AI applications.
-Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other technical staff to implement AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and integration with existing systems.
-Architect services leveraging and integrating frameworks such as NVIDIA Nemo, OpenAI, Avatar/Digital Person, and NLP technologies, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility.
-Design, develop, and optimize AI workload deployment and delivery across on-premise, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments, guaranteeing seamless operation and data integrity.
-Continuously enhance and support architectures focusing on scalability, reliability, performance, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of industry standards.
-Develop robust frameworks, templates, and governance models to accelerate the hybrid AI solution and service development and shorten AI product cycles, ensuring timely delivery and market relevance.
