Eid ul Fitr 2024 holidays official notification issued

The federal government has officially released a notification regarding the public holidays for Eid ul Fitr 2024.

According to the notification issued by the Cabinet Division, following the directives outlined in the Cabinet Division’s circular concerning Public and Optional holidays for 2024, it has been announced that the Prime Minister has approved public holidays for Eid-ul-Fitr.

For offices operating five days a week, there will be public holidays from April 10th to April 12th. Meanwhile, offices operating six days a week will observe public holidays from April 10th to April 13th.

Eid ul Fitr 2024 is anticipated to occur on April 10th, although the final decision will be made by the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee following the moon sighting process.
