New Summer Schools Timings in Lahore from April 15, 2024

• Lahore’s education department introduces summer timings for schools starting April 15.
• All educational institutions will reopen on April 15 after the Eidul Fitr holidays.
• Schools will operate from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Monday to Thursday and close at noon on Fridays.

The education department in Lahore has announced the introduction of summer timings for schools in the capital city of Punjab, effective April 15.

Following the conclusion of the Eidul Fitr holidays from April 10 to 14, all educational institutions are scheduled to reopen on April 15. The decision to implement revised timing comes as temperatures begin to rise in the plain areas of the province.

As per the department’s directive, schools will open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 1:30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday. However, on Fridays, schools will close at noon.

This adjustment in timing aims to accommodate the changing weather conditions and ensure the well-being of students and staff during the summer months.

Private Schools Summer Timings in Lahore from April 16

Private schools have announced summer timings for students from playgroup to class 10, with schools opening at 7:30 a.m. and different closing times for each class.
