Met Dept Predicts Monsoon Rains in Karachi from Early July!
Karachi residents can expect relief from the heat as the Meteorological Department predicts monsoon rains starting in early July.
Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz has confirmed that rains have begun in the upper regions of Sindh, with Karachi expected to experience rainfall shortly.
“The beginning of rain in Karachi is expected in the first week of July,” he predicted.
Sarfaraz emphasized the expectation of above-average rainfall this year, offering a welcome break from the intense heat. Yet he also warned of the potential for urban flooding in Karachi due to anticipated heavy downpours
