Minimum Bank Statement Required for Sweden Schengen Visa – July 2024
Sweden is known for its captivating mix of history, nature, and culture, making it a favored tourist spot in Europe.
Many people worldwide visit Sweden for leisure, with some enjoying visa-free entry, while others need a short-term Schengen visa to explore the country.
Pakistani citizens need a Schengen short-term visa to visit Sweden. The Swedish Embassy processes Schengen visa applications for Pakistani citizens, Afghan citizens, and individuals legally residing in Pakistan.
As of July 2024, the visa fee for the Sweden Embassy remains unchanged at 80 euros, but an increase is anticipated soon.
Among other requirements, applicants must provide proof of financial means and ties to their country of residence, demonstrating their personal, social, and economic status in Pakistan.
Applicants must include bank statements from the last six months, signed and stamped by the bank, with their visa application.
Here is the minimum daily amount required to cover expenses during a stay in Sweden. Applicants must demonstrate sufficient funds for their intended duration.
