KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) has suspended the notification of the appointment of a private person as an administrator in the Telephone Cooperative Housing Society.

The court stopped the appointment of private individuals as administrators in societies. Shahnawaz Lashari, the administrator of the society, appeared after the order of the court. Justice Zafar Rajput asked him what is qualification.

Advocate Zeeshan Abdullah said that before this, various administrators were appointed illegally, these people committed corruption and took the records with them.
The court directed that the registrar should ensure the return of the cooperative societies record within 15 days, examine the record and prepare a report of irregularities, if any allotment of welfare plots or double finalization of any plot is found, then an FIR should be registered directly.
