
Peshawar Board sets up help desk to cater exams
PESHAWAR: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Peshawar established a help desk to address complaints related to the 2025 FA and FSc examinations.
This initiative aims to ensure a smooth and transparent examination process for students. This desk is specifically for students, parents, and exam staff.
The desk was established under the special instructions of Riaz Khan Mehsud, Commissioner of Peshawar Division and Chairman of the Education Board.
The purpose of this help desk is to quickly solve any problems that may occur during the exams as mentioned by the Deputy Secretary.
To make the complaint process easier, phone numbers have been made available for students, parents, invigilation staff, and other stakeholders to directly register their concerns.
The team handling the desk includes Web Administrator Hassan Khan, Assistant Directors IT Rahat Ali and Shahid Iqbal, along with Office Secretary Ejaz Ahmed.
This initiative is aimed at improving the transparency and overall efficiency of the exam process stated by the Deputy Secretary.
The main goal is to fix any problems as quickly and effectively as we can.The help desk will be directly supervised by the Acting Chairman of the Peshawar Education Board.
