
Paperless Policy
PESHAWAR: In a major step toward digitizing government operations, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has officially transitioned the summary approval process to an e-summary system.
Marking a significant move towards a paperless office environment, the province yesterday witnessed its first digital summary sent for approval in soft copy rather than on paper.
The e-summary was received by Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur through an online system, and he became the first CM of KP to approve a summary electronically.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that official posts, declarations and decrees are also being digitized, working papers and degrees for meetings are being transferred to the e -system.
Ali Amin Gandapur added that the move will save time and prevent the loss of resources and government will make Khyber Pakhtunkhwa a digital according to PTI founder’s vision.
Earlier, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government had established ‘flood emergency cell’ for cater emergency like situation in monsoon season.
O the directives of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur, an ‘emergency flood cell’ has been established to ensure swift coordination and timely response during the monsoon season, according to the CM’s spokesperson Faraz Ahmed Mughal.
