Mohsin Gilani reveals actress Maheen Amir slapped a popular actor

Karachi: Veteran Pakistani actor Mohsin Gilani has made a startling revelation, claiming that actress Maheen Amir once slapped a famous actor in public.

Mohsin Gilani made the disclosure during a recent interview where he discussed various topics concerning the entertainment industry.

Responding to criticism from young actresses who claim the industry is unsafe for women, Gilani said they should leave the profession if they feel that way, as simply criticizing it won’t solve anything.

He stated that the industry also has strong individuals like actress Maheen Amir.

Gilani then revealed the incident, saying, “That girl is very intelligent. A prominent actor made an inappropriate comment to her, for which he received a slap from Maheen.”

He chose not to name the male actor but added that other famous actors have also been slapped in public for similar inappropriate behavior.

Mohsin Gilani concluded that if someone finds a comment offensive, they don’t ignore it with a laugh; they respond with a slap.
