World’s first AI-Generated Minister addresses Albanian parliament

TIRANA:  For the first time in history, an artificial intelligence (AI)-generated minister addressed a national parliament, marking a unique milestone for Albania.

The AI minister, presented in traditional Albanian attire and named Delia—meaning “Sun” in Albanian—delivered her first speech in parliament yesterday.

During her address, Delia clarified that her role was not to replace humans but to assist them, stating: “The real threat to constitutions does not come from machines but from the inhumane decisions of those in power.”

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama had announced the appointment of the world’s first AI-generated government minister last week, a move that has attracted global attention.
