Pakistan-Afghanistan border, the Pakistan Army has launched a large-scale military operation in the Angoor Adda sector, capturing several Afghan border posts and raising the Pakistani flag on them, according to security sources.

The overnight operation, which is still ongoing, targeted multiple Taliban-controlled positions. Using heavy weaponry and an aggressive strategy, Pakistani forces reportedly overran and destroyed several Taliban posts, forcing many Afghan fighters to flee.

Taliban’s ‘Durani Camp-2’ Hit, Dozens Killed:

One of the key targets of the offensive was the Taliban’s ‘Durani Camp-2’, which was reportedly being used as a launch pad for cross-border terrorist activities inside Pakistan. More than 50 Taliban fighters and foreign militants were reportedly killed in the strike.

Attack on Ghaznali Headquarters:

In a simultaneous action, Pakistani forces also struck the Taliban’s Ghaznali Headquarters located in the Nushki sector of Balochistan. The attack dealt a significant blow to the terrorist network operating in the region.

19 Border Posts Seized, Two Taliban Camps Destroyed:

Security officials confirmed that the Pakistan Army has taken full control of at least 19 border posts previously held by the Afghan Taliban. Additionally, two major Taliban camps were completely destroyed during the operation.
